WHY ARE YOU A LOCAL CAMPAIGNER?
“We all live in a community and that community only works if those that live within it work together and respect their neighbours. I believe that successful local politics is about making our communities great places to live and raise families. I want my family to live in a thriving community, with supportive neighbours and friends who come together to improve their environment. I have led communities previously and I want to make sure that we all have a voice in what happens to our neighbourhood rather than having Council policy dictated to us without a choice.”
WHY ARE YOU A LIB DEM?
“Liberalism for me is about opportunity for all through working together for the common good. The Liberal Democrats fundamentally believe that we can achieve much more by approaching problems collectively. Opportunity for all within the context of a fair and level playing field where all of society has a voice rather than just the elite is at the centre of all we do. I am proud to be a Liberal Democrat and proud of the values we stand for.”
