LARRAINE’S CAMPAIGNS / WORK:
WHY ARE YOU A LOCAL CAMPAIGNER?
“I enjoy canvassing residents’ views on local matters which also helps me to fully examine all sides of a problem. We have recently stepped up our resident contact with ward surveys and this really brings home what residents are worried about – not always what Westminster or even Easthampstead House think people are concerned with.”
WHY ARE YOU A LIB DEM?
“I was a founder member of the Liberal Democrats because I liked their ideals and have remained an enthusiastic member as I appreciate having my views on things taken seriously and I am not forced to toe the party line on those rare occasions when I don’t quite agree with Party policy.”
